This trip was the family celebration of my father's 80th birthday.
I wanted to create a surprising and pleasant time for both of my parents that will give them the enjoyment they always struggled to offer me.
During our jouney we stopped for one night at Senj, North Dalmatia, then shortly for lunch at Siebenik, Middle Dalmatia. We spent the rest of our Dalmatian stay at Makarska. During this time we visited Brac island and drove over Biokovo mountain which is part of Dinaric Alpes and guards Makarska. We spent several days visiting Split and Dubrovnick. Split is an important city of Croatia with rich history from Antiquity and The Middle Ages. Dubrovnick is named "The Pearl of Dalmatian Coast" because of its outstanding well preserved fortress. We continued our trip visiting Budapest, the capital of Hungary situated on the Danube river. Viewing the photo-album: To navigate through the photo-album use up and down arrows.
